Sideshow Stringband

Umeå-based Sideshow Stringband is an acoustic experience blending vocal harmonies and string instrumentation into a whole greater than its individual parts. The band’s musical influences come mainly from the American South: bluegrass, honky tonk, old-time, and rock 'n roll, seasoned with Gram Parsons and 70’s Dylan. Stories are the focus and inspiration for songs often comes from Västerbotten.
